Personal data

Connox saves and handles the data according to the guide lines of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) as well as the Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG).

Connox uses the personal data of the customer confidentially and only for order processing, unless the customer wishes additional service efforts by Connox. In order to process the order of the customer and to deliver the product, Connox only passes the necessary data to the contractual carrier. In order to registrate as a regular customer and for the availment of the newsletter-service, Connox needs the approval of the customer because of the laws concerning the data storage which will be asked for during the registration process. If the customer decides to not use these services anymore, the customer may revoke his approval at any time.

Personal data will be transferred exclusively in SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) mode. This is currently one of the safest data transfer practices.

Non-personal data

With every access on the website, access data will be saved in a log-file. This information is not individual-related. Connox retains this data merely for statistical purposes. Please note: They possibly allow an IP-identification.

On its websites, Connox uses so-called cookies to enable web-bases applications to administrate the status of an online-visit and to provide a smooth navigation between the particular services and contents on the websites as well as to give the customer the opportunity to enjoy recurrent settings.
