She defines design as implementation and creation of adventures and experiences. Schwarzer sees her own conceptions as her personal way to tell stories.
A touch of humour must never miss. She enjoys it very much if people start to smile when inspecting her furniture because Schwarzer understands this as the first approach to using her creations.
For the Swedish manufacturer Blå Station Christine Schwarzer created in 2000 the extraordinary seating object Poltergeist.
