Delivery Rates

How much are the shipping charges within Germany?
The shipping charges within Germany amount to a fixed rate of 5.00 Euro. If your order amounts to 150.00 Euro or above the shipping charges are included with the exception of those products where it is explicitly stated that the shipping charges are not included and for instance additional charges like oversize charges are advised.

How much are the shipping charges to countries of the European Union (EU) (except Germany)?
The shipping charges to any country of the European Union (EU) (except Germany) amount to a fixed rate of 15.00 Euro. If your order amounts to 200.00 Euro or above the shipping charges are included with the exception of those products where it is explicitly stated that the shipping charges are not included and for instance additional charges like oversize charges are advised.

How much are the shipping charges to Switzerland?
The shipping charges to Switzerland amount to a fixed rate of 15.00 Euro. If your order amounts to 200.00 Euro or above the shipping charges are included with the exception of those products where it is explicitly stated that the shipping charges are not included and for instance additional charges like oversize charges are advised. Please note that in addition to the shipping charges you will be levied with customs fees by your parcel delivery company.

Methods of payment

Which payment options do you have?
As a private customer you have the choice of prepayment, debit or cash on delivery (C.O.D.). When using the prepayment option you are eligible for a cash discount of 2 per cent. Commercial customers may also purchase on account.

Which bank account do I have to use for prepayments?
You will receive a confirmation of your order within 24 hours. This email will include all details regarding payment.

Why can’t I use my credit card?
The so-called credit card clearing creates costs of up to 5% of the value of the shopped goods. As we do not want to charge you with these costs we kindly ask you not to use your credit card.

What do I have to pay attention for when using the debit option?
Please pay special attention that the bank details you provide us are correct and that your bank account is sufficiently covered. Otherwise expensive rebookings may be necessary which we will have to invoice you in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

Products

Are the products in your shop original products?
We only offer original products or certificated replicas in our shop. In the case that a product is a certificated replica it will be explicitly mentioned in the goods description.

Is there any guarantee on the products?
All products have a guarantee according to the german law, but a minimum of one year.

Is there any V.A.T. on the products?
All products include the currently valid german V.A.T.

Handling and despatch

Which forwarder will be used for despatch?
We ship our merchandise with DHL or other forwarders. If you have any special requirements in regard to the despatch please let us know. We are glad to work out the best solution with you.

Do I have the right to ask for replacement or return of the goods?
You have the right to ask for replacement or return of the goods within two weeks after delivery.

How do I return any goods?
If you want to return any goods please get in touch with us by phone or email in advance so we are able to find the best solution with you.

Your data is secured to a maximum extent on our data processors. Of course we handle your data trustfully. We never sell any addresses.
